    OK - the potted history of the chinny raccoon:

    1. “I don’t believe you” becomes “Chin” as in “Not by the hairs on my chinny chin chin”
    2. A sarcastic “I reckon” becomes “Chinny Reckon”
    3. “Chinny Reckon” becomes “Chinny Racoon”
